Granted it's geared toward companies recruiting for advertising agencies, but the ideas are universal.
Just want the highlights? Here you go:
- Customize your Employment Value Proposition pitch to the specific school and/or program.
- Give your audience some credit. Sell career development, not parties and perks.
- Show real-life case studies that highlight your competitive differentiators.
- Be specific about your ideal candidate. Don't waste your time ... or theirs.
- Leave something behind. At the very least, provide a one-sheet with available job openings, deadlines, contact information, etc. Even better, distribute your case studies.
